The composition is organized into clearly defined volumes that help reduce the building’s overall scale and give the street-facing facade a strong sense of rhythm. Sage green and crisp white Nichiha panels are paired with charcoal architectural accents and warm bronze window frames, creating a sophisticated material palette with depth and contrast.

Recessed balconies provide private outdoor living space while adding shadow and dimension to the facade. Generous windows bring natural light into the residences and reinforce the building’s clean vertical organization.
